International Physics Seminar (IPS) 2026

The 15th International Physics Seminar 2026 (IPS 2026) is an annual meeting hosted by the Physics and Physics Educational Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), supported by the Physical Society of Indonesia (PSI) Jakarta and Banten Chapter. The IPS 2026 will be conducted as a Hybrid Conference on June 20th, 2026, in Jakarta, Indonesia. This conference is the next edition of the 14th IPS 2025. In this conference, selected papers will have the opportunity to be published in EPJ Web of Conferences. However, publication in EPJ Web of Conferences is exclusively reserved for the academic community (students, lecturers, and researchers) of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. https://ips2025.snf-unj.ac.id/ .

Accepted papers from IPS 2026 will be processed for publication in EPJ Web of Conferences, subject to the journal review and editorial procedures.

Author Policy

  • Each author can submit a maximum of 2 papers.
  • Papers not submitted on schedule will not be processed.
  • Rejected papers may be subject to review policy based on the organizer’s rules.
  • Final publication is subject to journal and editor approval.

About the Conference

The IPS 2026 will be conducted as a Hybrid Conference on June 20th, 2026, in Jakarta, Indonesia. The theme of the Conference is "Physics : The Fundamentals of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)". This seminar aims to bring together academics, scientists, students, postgraduate students, and practitioners to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge of problems, new physics trends, and applications. We invite scientists, scholars, engineers, and students from universities around the world and industry to present ongoing research activities and foster research relations between the university and industry. The Conference and all publication at EPJ Web of Conferences is funded by the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) on Behalf of the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, and managed under the EQUITY Program (Contract Number 4308/B3/DT.03.08/2025 and B/284/UN39/HK.07.00/2025)

Conference Aims

  1. Extend understanding among participants in the broader field of innovation physics.
  2. Inspire participants with the culture and history of Jakarta city and Indonesia.
  3. Encourage participants to launch national and international research collaboration projects.
  4. Contribute to solving physics problems.
